It is almost time...

A journey of a lifetime! In November, while visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday, Rick's Goddaughter, Michelle, was planning a trip to Germany with a good friend of hers from New York. The girls made a trip about five years ago and covered, Ireland, Paris, Marseille and many other places in about the same amount of time! I thought it would be a great opportunity for Karsten and asked if they would mind her coming along (Karsten and Michelle are very close). They were very open to her accompanying them. Well, as the plans progressed, I just couldn't resist asking if I could tag along. And what do you know, they said, "Yes"! So, here we go on our first trip overseas! I think Karsten has flown more than I have! So, this is a real adventure for me:) We will try to post as regularly as we can during the trip. We will be leaving April 13 for Chicago and our flight to Munich leaves from O'Hare on April 17. Your prayers will be appreciated! Stay tuned...
